A whole weekend of Classic and Touring cars!

The world of Classic always does things well and our historic car meetings are classy. This weekend will be no different. For a little preview of what is on offer, we suggest you click on the organisers' website:   www.roadbook.be/spasummerclassic/fr/index.html. You will find out all about this meeting, of course, but also have interesting information and above all, 300 links on videos of circuit laps. Nothing but vintage on the most beautiful racetrack in the World! It's fun and sometimes hot.

These grandmas are not always easy to manoeuvre.

However, no question of them playing at being divas in the paddocks; they're there for your enjoyment only. Admire them and touch in moderation!

On the single-seater side, the bill offers you the historic F3 1000cc series, with some Lola TS40, Lotus 59F, Dulon LD4, Alexis MK 15, Brabham BT 28, Van Diemen RF 77, Chevron B 15, and so on with 51 formula cars at the start.

If you are hooked on this type of race car, you’ll be glad to know that there will be other series such as the Formula Ford Kent, as well as the Monoposto Racing Club F3 Cup, with their impressive pack of Van Diemen, Swift, Reynard, Mygale, Tatuus, or even Dallara, Opel Lotus and so on.

On the other hand, if you have a weakness for cars with windscreen wipers, you will also enjoy being in the paddocks.  There will be at least seven different levels with between 45 and 65 cars at the start of each race.

Just to give you a flavour of what you’ll see, Ford GT40 ; Austin Healy, Ford Shelby Mustang, Aston Martin, Sunbeam, Toyota, Marcos, MG, Porsche, Lotus, Westfield, Elva, Chevrolet, Triumph, Morgan, Alfa Romeo, De Tomaso, Austin, BMW, Lister, Jaguar, Opel, TVR, Studebaker, Dodge. The list doesn't end there, and naturally, all these dream brands come in several versions.

So, if you like classic, don't hesitate, come to Francorchamps where there is always something happening.

Next week, on Monday, June 18, we will have a compact pack of motorbikes on the track; then a circuit race car test day on Tuesday 19, with the return of the FFD Porsche group the following day who will give way to members of the Skylimit club on Thursday 21.
