Spa-Francorchamps Unveils the Uhoda Tower, a New Beacon of Excellence and Innovation.

This Thursday morning, the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps unveiled its new Tower project, now officially named the Uhoda Tower, in the presence of its partners and the press.

The new structure reflects the Circuit’s ongoing commitment to growth, designed to meet the evolving needs of fans, promoters, teams, visitors, and motorsport enthusiasts, while reinforcing its historic roots and expanding its capacity.

Taller and more spacious than its predecessor, the Uhoda Tower represents a seamless evolution, a gateway to a new era that is modern, forward-looking, and ambitious.

A Partnership Driven by Passion

The Uhoda Tower is the result of close collaboration between the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the UHODA Group. This partnership unites shared values of passion, innovation, and hospitality—principles at the heart of the Circuit’s identity.

The naming rights were entrusted to UHODA, a Belgian family-owned company active in mobility and local services, culture, events, and real estate.

The upper floors of the tower will host business tourism and events, managed in partnership with FOLKS, the Circuit’s official events agency, overseeing year-round programming and operations.

The ground and first floors will welcome VIRTEX, a professional-grade simulation center. Their presence strengthens the Circuit’s role as a hub for learning, performance, and technological innovation in service of drivers.

 A Landmark for the Future

Amaury Bertholomé, CEO of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps:
"We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the UHODA Group. This project reflects the Circuit’s ability to reinvent itself while staying true to its identity. Working with UHODA, Virtex, and all involved partners demonstrates our shared commitment to shaping Spa-Francorchamps’ future.

This new tower will be a place to live, work, and connect at the intersection of sport, technology, and events. It will embody the excellence and ambition that make Spa-Francorchamps renowned worldwide."

Stephan Uhoda, CEO of the UHODA Group:
"The UHODA Group has always maintained a deep connection with mobility, cars, nature, environment, and the emotions they inspire. Partnering in the development of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, in a winning Wallonia, was a natural choice. Together with our events agency, Folks, we turn this passion into unique experiences, blending performance, hospitality, and excellence. The Uhoda Tower is the ultimate expression of that vision."

Virtex: A Technological Force at the Heart of the Circuit

Julien Gillard, CEO of Virtex:

« By soon moving into our new headquarters at the heart of the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit, we are taking another step forward in Virtex's growth. Our two floors in the new UHODA tower will reinforce the Circuit's ambition to become a true hub for technological preparation and innovation. Thanks to our F1-derived simulators and the in-house creation of digital twins of the cars, we help drivers and teams optimize their performance and accelerate their development before they even set wheel to track. We look forward to expanding our activities within this iconic new building. »

A Milestone in the Circuit’s History

The launch of the Uhoda Tower construction marks an emotional milestone: bidding farewell to an iconic building while giving rise to a new, more modern, functional, and future-ready structure.

Lacomble Architecture – Point B-ar, project architects:
"Driven by the passion for racing, the architects transformed the Circuit’s aspirations into a conceptual reflection."

Construction is underway, with the official inauguration scheduled for June 2026.
