The Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps 2022 season resumed on 16 March. More than ever, it offers a calendar that’s packed full of races and events at the heart of the facilities both on and off track with infrastructure that was renovated during the... activities on the track. And that’s been accomplished with the return of the legendary 2-wheel race: the 24H Spa EWC Motos. International GT Open.
Spa-Francorchamps welcomes the International GT Open this weekend 20, 21 and 22 May. This meeting is probably not the most renowned, but nevertheless, it has a simply spectacular programme this year. First of all, the International GT Open, which has been going for 11 years, is a championship for "pro-am" (professional and amateur drivers) where GT3 -type GTs are to be found, identical to those which participate in the Total 24 Hours of Spa. The Ardennes toboggan will host the second round of the Endurance World Championship, following its return to the EWC calendar two years ago. It's been a dozen years since the Trophée des Fagnes opened the sporting season of the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit. This is a race reserved for amateur series and is equated with two legendary cars: the 2CV Cup and (VW) Fun Cup and finally the Mitjets.
