The bikes invade the Track !
Bikers’ Day on June 29, followed by the Bikers’ Classics from June 30 until July 2. On July 3, the Circuit will be welcoming the Tour de France competitors before being dedicated again to motorbikes. Bike fans will be perfectly happy in the coming days, and be able to schedule a very long weekend with some friends or relatives! Mission H24 - Hydrogen is promising
There are no consumption or performance targets for Mission H24’s demonstration at Spa. The car on the track is a prototype (LMP3) that is still at the experimental phase. The health situation in Belgium and across most of Europe having deteriorated, a series of additional measures to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic has been taken by the State federal Government, the Governments of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and the Provincial Authorities of Belgium. Spa Six Hours - Ford GT40 – Le Mans ’69 Revival
will relive the start and finish of the race with no fewer than 50 Ford GTs and GT40s from all three generations! The original race’s start and finish will be re-enacted, with the Ford GT40 ‘Number 6’ in Gulf colours starting last and finishing first... walked sedately to his Ford GT40, buckled himself securely into his racing harness, and was thus the last driver in the field to start. Ickx’s remarkable action brought him a great deal of admiration and drew attention to the problem of the Le Mans
