The Management Board of the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps SA met on 27 January 2022 and have named Amaury Bertholomé as the company's new CEO. This appointment comes at the end of a recruitment process conducted by a jury of selection, itself supported by a recruitment agency specialised in the selection of executive directors. Currently engaged in the implementation of a significant investment plan, the Circuit is experiencing a transformation phase to respond to its strategy of obtaining dual

attacking the long straight line of Kemmel. Over the course of its very long history, the Circuit has adapted itself to the development of motorsports in order to respond to the multiple safty demands and standards imposed by the federations responsible
