WEC renews with Circuit de Spa Francorchamps for 4 years

The successful renewal of the contract coincides with the announcement that the WEC’s 2020 Belgian round will be brought forward by a week from its traditional early May date. Comtoyou Racing ended the opening morning of the 2023 CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa Prologue at the top of the timing screens courtesy of its #11 Audi. Christopher Haase posted a 2m18.525s lap early in the three-hour session, after which rain left the circuit damp and prevented any improvement on the German driver's benchmark.
