The Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps granted 3-star certification by the FIA
environmental safety projects have been completed: finalisation of the Circuit’s sewage/drainage system, the installation of hydrocarbon separators, the channelling of some sections of watercourses present on the site, making anti-leak devices available... public. In fact, compliance with noise-emission standards is a key challenge for the Circuit. A new waste-sorting system was implemented on the entire site to sort and collect the four main waste streams: PMC (plastic, metal, and drink cartons and
